We are looking for a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our tax team from January through April 15. This role will be working from the Hartland office (142
E. Capitol Drive, Hartland, WI 53029).
Responsibilities:
- Support the tax preparation process by organizing client documents and assembling completed tax returns
- Scan and organize tax documents using firm software
- Provide general administrative support to the tax team during tax season
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in office administration preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion
Schedule:
- This is a seasonal position working approximately 40 hours per week from January through April 15. There may be an opportunity to continue working beyond April 15 based on business needs.
- Flexible scheduling is available, with option to set schedule between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
