• Assist customers with booking transportation services
• Schedule, update, and confirm ride reservations
• Maintain accurate booking records and customer information
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding scheduling and availability
• Follow up on appointment confirmations and service updates
• Perform data entry and general administrative tasks
• Support daily office operations as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

$17 – $25 per hour
