Job Overview
In the operational and sales support role we’re looking for a dynamic, hard worker who is willing to wear a lot of hats while learning a variety of industries and CRM systems. You will be responsible for supporting sales activities primarily by taking meeting notes/tracking projects, assisting with CRM administration (including list imports, list clean-ups, dashboard creations, and CRM customizations and builds), and any other special projects/tasks, as assigned by the Operations Director…you might even need to referee a game of ping pong!
Responsibilities- Data entry in multiple commonly used CRMs/Databases, including Zoho, Hubspot, and Salesforce
- Managing databases and creating analytical reports to supply sales data to the client in a meaningful way
- Everything lists/data! – scrubbing, importing, appending contact lists
- Provide sales support and/or work directly with designated sales staff to support specific clients.
- Manage and execute CRM-related tasks including:
- CRM Build-outs — Configure new CRM instances based on client or internal needs, including pipelines, modules, user roles, and automation workflows
- CRM Customizations — Tailor fields, layouts, and automation rules to support sales, marketing, or operations processes
- CRM Audits — Conduct reviews of CRM structure, data integrity, and user compliance; provide recommendations for cleanup or optimization
- Coordinate and lead occasional company-wide trainings and maintain the company’s learning management system
- Assist with new employee training plans, hardware setup, and systems access
- Manage client operations projects from start to finish, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
- Other side projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations and/or designated Account Manager(s)
- Occasional travel to local client offices for meetings and embedded support
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to log info in a CRM (prior experience preferred)
- Exceptional written, verbal and phone skills
- Customer service and attention to detail

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance.

Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
