  • Manage and execute CRM-related tasks including:

  • CRM Customizations — Tailor fields, layouts, and automation rules to support sales, marketing, or operations processes
  • CRM Audits — Conduct reviews of CRM structure, data integrity, and user compliance; provide recommendations for cleanup or optimization
  • Coordinate and lead occasional company-wide trainings and maintain the company’s learning management system
  • Assist with new employee training plans, hardware setup, and systems access
  • Manage client operations projects from start to finish, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
  • Other side projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations and/or designated Account Manager(s)
  • Occasional travel to local client offices for meetings and embedded support
Required Experience
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to log info in a CRM (prior experience preferred)
