HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Position Type: Full-time with HCLTech

Role/Responsibilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must work with a minimal technical supervision and supplemental engineering support, while responding efficiently to multiple program priorities
• Experience in floating RFQ and RFI to suppliers, RFQ analysis and Price finalization based on market price
• Must have experience in sourcing tool and award scenario creation
• Strong in evaluating supplier costs, solicits competitive bids and quotations
• Knowledge about market operating price for various manufacturing commodity
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Good understanding of cost drivers & process drivers of a given commodity parts/sub-assembly
• Negotiate cost down, Trade working capital improvements with suppliers
• Min. 5 years of experience in a strategic sourcing role and Strategy development
• Capability to interface with senior leadership across regions both internally & externally
• In depth understanding of purchasing tools and practices
• Strong costing and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of the industry and market conditions
• Strong understanding of procurement and negotiation techniques
• Good experience working in the procurement department in a related field
• Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers
• Work closely with Procurement, Engineering and Plant buyers to enable supplier provided savings opportunities
• Report out various saving opportunities provided by suppliers to senior management
• Strong MS Office skills and PDM/PLM tools
• Program governance and Dashboarding for Senior leadership
• Willingness to travel to customer/supplier sites on need basis.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $34.46 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $40 per hour

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;
