Contract through June 2026 + possible extension

$49/hr w2 + medical benefits

Description:
Process Improvement Consultant to help drive enterprise-level operational excellence. This role is ideal for a Lean/Six Sigma professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves,
owning process improvements end-to-end
, not just making recommendations.

• Analyze and redesign business and technology-enabled processes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience
• Perform root cause analysis, data analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations
• Document processes using standard business process mapping methodologies
• Independently implement process improvements and system enhancements
• Build and maintain process measurement systems (KPIs, monitoring, controls)
• Partner with business, operations, and technology leaders to align processes with strategic goals
• Promote best practices and support adoption across teams

• 4+ years of experience in process improvement, business consulting, or project management
• Six Sigma knowledge
• Strong background in business process analysis and design
• Proven experience leading change across multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion
• KPI and performance measurement frameworks
• OKRs
• Power BI or similar analytics tools
• Enterprise process architecture experience
