Far Well Project Advisors, LLC is looking for a Business or Process Analyst Advisor to join our team.
Position OverviewWe seek M-shaped Advisors, combining deep expertise in multiple areas with the ability to connect and collaborate across disciplines.
ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis
Deep experience understanding business processes, gathering and communicating requirements, developing workflows, process plans/mapping, performing gap analysis, and defining current and future state. Experience or certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA is a plus. SAP or additional ERP experience preferred.
Project Management
Experience formally managing scope, budget, and schedule of projects independently. Knowledge of stakeholder, communication, and risk management plans is also helpful.
Organizational Change Management
Deep understanding of tools and techniques for managing the people side of change. Experience managing or contributing significantly to an Organizational Change Initiative.

Bachelor’s or Master’s in any field or 3‑5+ years of applicable experience.
Travel Expectations- Occasional on‑site collaboration where required; flexible hybrid schedule supported by many clients.
