Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) - Manager - Tech Consulting - Location Open
We are seeking a Manager in Solution Architecture to join our EPM team. The role will involve managing client engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and managing business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a robust set of technical and business skills, with proficiency in fostering relationships with client personnel, delivering quality client services, and driving high-quality work products within expected time frames and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing solutions to complex problems and recommending policy changes.
- Establishing procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function.
- Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
- Typically, no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in the following focus areas: master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting.
- Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape.
- A strong working knowledge and point of view on the evolving concepts and practices for EPM.
- Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions.
