Client Relations Specialist

Overview

Our client in the Greater Milwaukee area is looking for a Client Relations Specialist with 5+ years of experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, a collaborative culture, flexibility, and competitive benefits.

• Assist in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity planning; review and approve invoices and bank transfers to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Support financing activities and oversee management of outstanding debt, ensuring proper structure, documentation, and compliance.
• Oversee all personal, property, and health insurance coverage; manage claims, coordinate with providers, and ensure all assets are properly insured and registered.
• Coordinate complex travel logistics and provide high-level concierge support, including managing personal staff, events, and specialized client requests.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients, advisors, service providers, and household staff, fostering strong and trusted relationships.
• Anticipate client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver tailored solutions to ensure seamless experiences and exceptional service.

• Bachelor’s degree required, 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with financial technology platforms and digital communication tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
