Product Manager, Enclosed Drives - North America Job Description

You’ll lead the enclosed drives portfolio for North America, turning customer needs and market shifts into products that help our customers build reliable, high performing systems. Your work will set the pace for growth and strengthen our position in a fast moving industrial market.
You’ll be the connector between regional customers and global product teams, aligning the roadmap, launches, and value propositions so they land with impact across the U.S. and Canada. This is a chance to shape where we go next—and see your decisions translate into real outcomes.
You’ll also help build regional competence—from tools and training to best practices—so our sales and business development teams can win more consistently and serve customers even better.

• Own the product roadmap for enclosed drives in North America and deliver clear priorities that drive growth and customer value
• Turn insight into strategy by translating market and customer feedback into features, releases, and compelling value propositions
• Partner with engineering and external partners to bring high quality enclosed products to market on time and to specification
• Align regional and global portfolios by working closely with global product teams to coordinate roadmaps and launches
• Build competence across the region by equipping sales and business development with training, tools, and clear positioning

• Product management or product development experience in the industrial area
• Deep knowledge of enclosed drives markets and/or engineering
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across functions and lead projects from idea to launch
• Broad technical understanding of drives and applications; you’re confident engaging customers and turning needs into requirements
• Based in the U.S. (flexible), fluent in English, and able to travel up to 20%

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000- $145,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
