The Account Manager directly oversees one Towne Park account and is responsible for financial performance, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives.

Job Details

Compensation: Towne Park offers competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on skills, experience, education, or training, and location.

Additional Compensation: Eligible for annual incentive bonuses per policy guidelines.

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, telemedicine, basic life & AD&D, short‑term & long‑term disability, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Paid Time Off: Earn 0.0385 hours of PTO per hour worked up to 80 hours per year; 6 paid holidays and up to 4 paid floating holidays.

Job Summary

The Account Manager directly oversees one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account and is accountable for financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives.

Responsibilities Financial and Business Systems Management
  • Understand and drive business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance and compliance.
  • Improve financial performance and profitability of the account.
  • Maximize opportunities within contractual agreements.
  • Advance metrics for forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover.
  • Manage scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping for associates.
  • Ensure forecasts, payroll, and accounting reports are on time and accurate.
  • Utilize standardized business systems and ensure compliance with policies.
Human Resources
  • Recruit and hire the best people for the location.
  • Retain talented associates and address feedback and suggestions.
  • Orient new associates and provide on‑job training.
  • Recognize great performance and provide growth opportunities.
  • Build, coach, and develop future leaders.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching.
  • Hold effective associate meetings and shift huddles.
  • Use positive discipline with accurate performance documentation.
  • Delegate decision‑making appropriately.
Service Management
  • Deliver consistent guest/patient service experience on all shifts.
  • Allocate labor resources to support service delivery.
  • Forecast and plan seasonal staffing with Area/District Manager.
  • Integrate client service standards with Towne Park standards.
  • Drive client service metrics and results.
Client Relations Management
  • Develop cohesive working relationships with client staff.
  • Maintain regular meeting rhythms and communication channels.
  • Be present at the site and maintain visibility.
  • Focus the team on exceeding client objectives.
  • Capitalize on growth opportunities and build client loyalty.
Systems and Standards
  • Use Towne Park systems to control assets and expenditures.
  • Train others on system usage.
  • Maintain a clean, neat work environment.
  • Complete tasks timely per Area/District Manager instructions.
  • Ensure service quality for internal and external customers.
  • Treat clients and associates with courtesy, respect and dignity.
  • Maintain confidentiality of associate and client information.
Safety and Risk Management
  • Follow safety and security procedures.
  • Practice preventive safety procedures.
  • Report all accidents, incidents, and high‑risk areas.
  • Operate equipment safely.
Sales Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with current clients to obtain references and leads.
  • Inform leadership and sales of ownership or brand changes.
  • Track client position changes.
  • Report construction, expansion, or changes that could create growth opportunities.
