Overview
We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as an Associate Regional Director. In this role, you will collaborate with our top‑tier management team to successfully implement innovative strategies and solutions.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in‑office 4 days per week.
Location(s):
Charlotte, NC, or Milwaukee, WI
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring flawless communication and service delivery that addresses clients' needs.
- Lead regional business development initiatives, driving growth and expanding market presence.
- Analyze financial data and market trends to determine strategic opportunities and risks.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to strictly align regional objectives with overall company goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management, clients, and collaborators that articulate strategic insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and report on regional performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 years of sales experience or a combination of sales consulting and sales negotiation experience.
- Currently FINRA SIE and Series 7 and 63 (or 66) licensed or successfully attain within first 6 months of employment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and market trends.
- Outstanding abilities in developing and implementing strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build compelling presentations.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or relevant experience that meets the same standards as these certifications.
- Familiarity with industry‑specific software and platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Fact Set).
- Experience in regional or international market analysis.
- A strong network within the finance or insurance industry.
Base Pay Range: $85,000 - $90,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non‑annual incentive or sales plans).
