Marketing Specialist, Performance Marketing

The Performance Marketing Specialist drives new processes, initiates new programs, establishes and operationalizes best practices, and runs operational excellence programs on Rite-Hite's Performance Marketing team.

You’ll run Asana project management plays, establish new efficiencies, systems and standards for AI-assisted desk research and research storage, while supporting best practices for the emerging Rite-Hite Customer Experience (CX) program. Our Performance Marketing Specialist will also establish optimal processes to deepen our marketing analytics practice, focused on performance reporting.

This highly collaborative hybrid position will be onsite at our Milwaukee office 3 days/week, and reports to our Director, Performance Marketing.  
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
* ** Marketing Operational Excellence — Execution:
*** Executes against the operational standards, scope, and charter defined by the Specialist – Website Experience & Operational Excellence; consistently applies those standards across day-to-day work and flags gaps or exceptions for resolution.
* Serves as a day-to-day administrator of core marketing operations infrastructure in Asana, maintaining data hygiene, routing requests, and keeping shared views and dashboards current.
* Produces operational reporting on cycle time, throughput, adoption, and quality for the marketing function; surfaces trends and improvement opportunities on a recurring cadence.
* Supports rollout and training on new SOPs, tools, and templates, building and maintaining quick-reference documentation, short training assets, and other adoption enablers.
* Identifies friction points in existing workflows and brings forward specific, well-formed recommendations for process improvement rather than open-ended asks.
* Contributes to the responsible evaluation and integration of AI-assisted tools that enhance workflow efficiency, standardization, and team capacity.  
** Research Systems, Storage & Access:
*** Partners with team members to develop systems, standards and tools for AI-based desk research.
* Build and maintains a central home for research content, raw data, and completed insights (including taxonomy, access, versioning, and retention standards) so that findings are searchable, discoverable and reusable across an enterprise team.
* Monitors the health and adoption of the research systems and recommends improvements as team needs and available tooling evolve.  
** Customer Experience (CX) Program — Process Enablement:
*** Partners with team members to establish foundational processes and best practices for the emerging Rite-Hite CX program.
* Supports the operational build-out of core customer feedback mechanisms.
* Helps codify SOPs, playbooks, and quick-reference materials for the CX program so that processes are repeatable, teachable, and durable as the program scales.
* Contributes to the operational governance of CX data, reporting cadences, and action tracking in partnership with the Research & CX team.  
** Performance Reporting — Process Enablement Marketing Analytics:
*** Establishes onboarding processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices to support a burgeoning marketing analytics practice.
* Documents recurring performance reporting workflows – including data sources, tools, review checkpoints, cadences, and distribution paths – creating a clear, repeatable operating model.
