Enterprise Leadership Development Program

You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.

As part of the Enterprise Leadership Development Program, you will progress through three roles of increasing levels of responsibility, gaining exposure to different areas of our business. Customer Product Management - drive profitable revenue growth by creating and executing a product development and marketing roadmap for a physical or software/digital product portfolio within a business unit. Sales/Marketing – drive commercial and product strategies to outpace market growth of defined segments. Strategy and M&A Business Development & Strategy – support the definition and implementation of the company’s organic and inorganic growth strategy including supporting the annual strategic planning process and identifying, evaluating, and pursuing relevant M&A opportunities.

Continuous Improvement Regal Rexnord Business System - support assigned location with achieving SQDC (safety, quality, delivery, cost-competitiveness), through the effective application of the Regal Business System tools and methodologies, to allow the plant to drive top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability. Influence the commercial excellence strategy as a part of the growth engine of the organization. Product Operations – lead an Operations team that includes manufacturing, customer service, supply chain management, and operational excellence programs.

Supply Chain – support material planning, inventory management, customer order fulfillment, internal process improvement, or general warehouse and distribution management.
