* Network Business Development Specialist

** What does a successful Network Business Development Specialist do?*
* This role in the Fiserv Debit Network group is the face of the business for both existing and new clients. Your responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer engagement, understanding and tracking all contractual commitments, communicating the value of the comprehensive Fiserv debit network solution, and managing SOWs and other professional services requests.

* What you will do:

* + Develop and enhance client relationships with key clients

+ Collaborate with various teams to drive business growth and ensure anticipated contractual benefits

+ Share market insights with key clients and act as the escalation path for issue resolution

+ Generate and analyze business review data on a regular basis

+ Manage SOWs and other professional services requests

+ Submit and manage project requests to ensure completion within defined SLAs

+ Complete quarterly business reviews

+ Lead weekly conversations including all business and operational

** Travel:
** 35%-50%

** What you need to have:*
* + 5+ years of experience in managing large accounts, preferably in the banking industry

+ 5+ years of experience in financial services

+ Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

+ Proficiency in MS Excel

** What would be great to have:*
* + Bachelor's degree or additional certifications in relevant fields

+ Experience in the debit payments industry

** How you will work:*
* + This role is on-site Monday through Friday in Milwaukee or Omaha. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

+ This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
