Key Responsibilities
Provider Outreach & Communication
- Make outbound phone calls and send emails to child care providers to request updated Business Information Forms (BIF).
- Build positive, professional relationships with providers while explaining the importance of keeping their information current.
- Gather and verify information such as child care rates, available openings, hours of operation, and other basic business details.
- Follow up with providers who have not responded or completed their updates.
- Respond to basic provider questions and connect individuals with appropriate 4C staff when additional assistance is needed.
