We are hiring a Lead Childcare Provider for a state-licensed in-home childcare program operating in Milwaukee.

This is a well‑structured, professional family childcare environment with consistent enrollment, clear standards, and long‑term stability. The program operates during normal weekday hours and maintains small group ratios.

• Serve as the on‑site lead caregiver during operating hours.
• Provide daily care, routines, meals, activities, and supervision.
• Communicate with parents as needed.
• Maintain compliance with Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements.
• Work with ownership on inspections and record‑keeping.
• Receive free housing at the childcare residence.
• Work only weekdays (no nights or weekends).
• All program expenses, supplies, insurance, and administration are handled by ownership.

• Wisconsin licensed childcare provider or prior licensed childcare experience.
• CPR / First aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable, organized, and professional.
• Comfortable serving as the responsible on‑site caregiver.
