ResponsibilitiesThe Project Engineer is responsible for assisting the Project Manager with multiple project duties including submittals, RFIs, drawings, project documentation, client communication, production and cost tracking. Soliciting and qualifying subcontractor bids and project scopes, writing subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders and proposals for approval. Develop and manage the punch lists with Project Team. Coordinate with Superintendent to ensure the jobsite needs are being met.
Qualifications- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Civil or Construction Engineering, or related degree.
- Ability to read and understand construction specific project documents.
- Experience with project scheduling software.
- Knowledge of construction safety.
