Operations Manager
ARCO/Murray National Construction is currently seeking an experienced Superintendent with 5-15+ years of experience leading Sports & Entertainment commercial construction projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an ARCO/Murray Superintendent, you will manage all administrative tasks associated with construction and field operations for your project from day one. The goal is to empower you and the project team with the tools to bring the project to completion on schedule, within budget, and per project specifications.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Attend the post-award review meeting to receive project information and preplanning details. Help prepare a schedule of construction activities, structure, staffing, and resource requirements. Direct and control the project to meet specifications and schedule in a cost-effective way. Assist in materials delivery, shop drawings approvals, and coordination with subcontractors. Inform supervisors and subcontractors of schedule changes. Prepare job progress and cost reports;
review requisitions, field purchase orders, and invoices. Cooperate with the owner, owner representatives, and architects as needed. Lead site meetings and report progress to the project manager. Maintain a daily diary of significant project events. Enforce the company safety program and demonstrate leadership, integrity, and commitment to quality.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-25+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent on data center or mission-critical projects
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Computer skills: proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs
- Possess and maintain a current valid driver license
