ADM Contractors LLC is seeking a skilled and driven Construction Foreman to lead the daily field operations of our high-end residential and boutique commercial projects in the Milwaukee metro area. This is a pivotal, hands‑on leadership role ideal for an experienced tradesperson who thrives on guiding crews, maintaining quality control, and pushing projects forward with precision and purpose. From custom additions and remodels to ground‑up new builds, you’ll be a key force behind our success in delivering exceptional construction outcomes.

• Supervise and lead day‑to‑day jobsite activities and self‑performed labor.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure jobsite cleanliness, safety compliance, and organization.
• Perform quality control inspections and uphold construction standards.
• Assist with layout, material staging, and crew task planning.
• Interpret drawings, scopes, and schedules to guide work accurately.
• Communicate effectively with the Superintendent and Project Manager on project progress.
• Track field updates, photographs, and notes using Procore or similar construction platforms.

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in residential construction.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role (Foreman or Assistant Foreman).
• Proficiency in structural and finish carpentry.
• Experienced with remodels (300-2,000 sq ft) and new builds (2,000-3,500 sq ft).
• Strong familiarity with Procore or similar digital construction tools.
• Excellent communication, crew leadership, and time management skills.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• BEST license or relevant certifications a plus.
• Experience in seasonal, mountain, or regional residential markets is a bonus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
