About the RoleWe're searching for a top-tier Commercial Construction General Superintendent!
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction General Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all on‑site construction activities as the Commercial Construction General Superintendent, coordinating subcontractors, labor, and materials.
- Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and building code compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners to drive project success.
- Mentor and guide site teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Construction General Superintendent on commercial projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- In‑depth knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
