A General Contractor Headquartered in Milwaukee, we are a premier, 100% employee owned commercial construction company. With offices nationwide, we specialize in a wide range of project types that are as diverse and wide-ranging as the communities in which we build. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Estimator to join our growing team.

As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in the preconstruction process by preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of commercial and industrial projects. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure all bids are comprehensive and aligned with project goals.

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Participate in bid strategy meetings and project handoffs.
• Maintain and update historical cost data and unit pricing.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless transition from preconstruction to execution.

• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
