Pre Construction Manager

We are a top General Contractor with a strong national reputation, looking to grow our construction team by hiring a Pre Construction Manager to secure new and existing client projects and play a key role in our expansion plan.

$90,000 – $120,000 per year

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator in the Construction industry.
• Proven experience with takeoffs, estimates, quantity takeoff, preparing bids, and conceptual estimating.
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
• Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certification in estimating or a related field is a plus.
