The role involves pre-bid activities, soliciting quotes, and coordinating with Project Management to ensure successful bids and budgets. Qualified candidates will have an associates degree or 3+ years in heavy civil work, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with estimating software such as P6 or HCSS Heavy Bid.
