Brief Description
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer. This role supports the creation of high-quality client-facing and marketing materials and requires strong technical ability across Adobe Creative Suite, a disciplined workflow, and the ability to work efficiently within deadlines. The ideal candidate can take clear direction from internal market leaders, execute quickly, and deliver polished, brand-consistent collateral with minimal revision cycles.
Key Responsibilities- Design and produce a wide range of materials, including Word templates, infographics, guides, toolkits, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Work within Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop to develop clean, high-quality layouts and graphics.
- Build and format content directly in Microsoft Word, ensuring brand consistency and readability.
- Apply basic HTML knowledge to format or adapt content as needed for digital or web-based environments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine design direction and incorporate feedback accurately and efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize deadlines, and deliver final assets on time.
- Maintain and evolve design standards, ensuring cohesive visual identity across all materials.
- Nice to have:
Support video-related projects with basic editing or motion graphics work in Adobe Premiere or After Effects.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience (additional experience considered for Senior-level candidates).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, including building layouts and templates.
- Basic understanding of HTML.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong layout and typography fundamentals.
- Ability to interpret feedback, adapt quickly, and avoid excessive back-and-forth.
- Strong time-management skills and comfort working under tight deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant print and digital design work.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or other video editing tools.
- Experience designing for B2B or professional services environments.
