Full‑Time Teller/Customer Service Representative

Starting salary for the Teller position is $18.00 per hour and up, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Process deposit account and loan transactions accurately.
- Support retail banking expectations by maintaining customer relationships, providing superior customer service, and referring bank products and services when beneficial and appropriate.
- Operate in full compliance with internal policies/procedures, applicable regulations/laws.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by identifying customer needs, promoting current promotional offers, and referring customers to bank lines of business (e.g., residential lending, business banking, commercial real estate, WIS, and merchant services) for further assistance.
- Provide an unparalleled customer experience in line with Water Stone Bank's mission.
- Maintain knowledge of core processing systems, products, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements governing retail deposit accounts.
- Answer customer questions and resolve related account issues, including phone and in‑person.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience:
6 months of cash handling and/or customer service experience (required). 2–4 years of cash handling and/or customer service experience (preferred). - Education:
High School diploma or GED; additional education and/or experience, co‑op participation, and previous cash handling and/or retail experience will be considered.
