Leasing Agent (Milwaukee, WI) – RE License Required

As a Leasing Agent at The Quin and The Yards, you’ll be the trusted guide helping future residents discover the comfort, convenience, and community they’ve been looking for. Your mission is to deliver a five‑star leasing experience while connecting people with a home that fits their lifestyle and aspirations.

What

You'll Do
  • Lead memorable tours of studios, 1‑ and 2‑bedroom apartments, highlighting features such as modern kitchens, in‑unit washers and dryers, open‑concept floor plans, and private patios or balconies.
  • Stay in the know by monitoring Milwaukee rental trends and local competitors to position The Quin and The Yards as premier living destinations.
  • Support the team: assist with marketing campaigns, update online listings, contribute to social media, and help coordinate resident events.
  • Keep things running smoothly: process applications and leasing paperwork accurately and maintain clear communication with prospects and residents.
  • Champion the resident experience: be a go‑to resource for current residents, offering support, solving problems, and helping maintain a welcoming, responsive environment.
  • Create connections: welcome every prospective resident with warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest.
Requirements
  • A passion for helping people find a place they love to live.
  • Experience in leasing, hospitality, customer service, or sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and digitally.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and tech‑savvy with modern leasing systems.
  • Positive, energetic, team‑focused with a desire to grow in property management.
