Seasonal Tour Guide – Milwaukee, WI

Molson Coors invites adventurous individuals to join our Guest Relations Team as a seasonal tour guide at the Milwaukee campus. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and engaging guests through public and private walking tours of the Miller Brewery and historic buildings.

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct guided tours, sharing detailed information about brewery operations and history.
• Maintain a safe guest experience, adhering to all MCBC safety protocols.
• Schedule 14‑20 hours per week during open days (Thursday through Monday) and remain available on weekends.
• Support the Tour Operations Supervisor and collaborate with team members.

• Age 18 or older.
• Strong customer‑service skills and ability to work in a diverse, team‑oriented environment.
• Capacity for moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs.), standing/sitting for extended periods, and walking or climbing stairs.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Integrity, accountability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
