COME JOIN US! Van Horn Latino has an excellent opportunity for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative!The Customer Service Representative will assist with enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing sales opportunities, and building meaningful custom er relationships.

- Assist customers with questions about vehicles of interest
- Generate and coordinate sales appointments
- Follow up with customers by phone

- Maintain positive relationships with customers
- Provide bilingual customer support in Spanish and English
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Some college experience or graduate
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
Must be organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
