• Answer phones and personally greet customers at the Conservatory to create an inviting and professional atmosphere.
• Work with faculty and education staff to place students in classes, ensembles, and private lessons successfully.
• Follow Conservatory policies for handling monetary transactions and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions.
• Work with the registration program (Active Net or other) in conjunction with the Conservatory's other locations to provide accurate information.
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all Conservatory offerings, including classes, lessons, ensembles, concerts, and donor events.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the facility as needed.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service in all areas of customer relations.
• Maintain consistency in Student Services and customer service policies.
• Support all education programs, classes, and special events as requested.
• Work independently on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly tasks and reports.
• This position works a varied schedule of daytime, evenings, and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Reliable transportation.

• Knowledge of education and/or music.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
