* Job Summary:

* As a Full-Time Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements handle standards in a fast-paced, large call volume environment. Utilize multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking, and document each call. Respond to Wisconsin child support inquiries, and complaints, using a standard script and procedures. Gather information and research/resolve inquiries. Callers about the services available and assess caller's needs.

* + Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls

+ Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately

+ Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner

+ Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates

+ Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines

+ Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics

+ Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction

* Required Qualifications:

* + High school diploma or GED required

+ Strong communication and customer service skills

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment

+ Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems

+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

+ Background check

* + Previous call center or customer service experience

+ Experience handling inbound customer support calls

+ Bilingual skills (if applicable)

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
