*** Requirements* Knowledge of principles and procedures of dental hygiene acquired through completion of an accredited program in Dental Hygiene.
* Must possess and maintain current State of Wisconsin licensure as a Dental Hygienist.
* A minimum of one year of experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred.
* Requires excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact courteously and respectfully with patients, parents/families and members of the health care team.
* Knowledge of computer and keyboard, word processing skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic PC issues.
* Ability to stand/walk/move a moderate amount of time, sit frequently, reach moderately, bend/squat/kneel occasionally, push/pull 50 pounds occasionally, and lift/carry items weighing up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
* Ability to work flexible hours to meet patient care needs.
* CPR certification obtained within 90 days of hire - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.
