Position Overview
We are looking for a BC/BE Pediatrician who shares our passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse population in a Community Health Center.
At Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers, more than 120 providers provide quality Medical and Behavioral Health services to the community we serve.
Responsibilities- Full-time equivalent (FTE) with 4-4.5 days/week of direct patient care.
- Pediatrician on-call duty 3-4 nights per month, with 1 weekend call every other month.
- Nursery rounding required usually one week every 16 weeks.
- Participation in teaching Pediatric residents and medical students is available and optional.
- Integrated patient care with Social services, Case managers, Lactation specialists, Chronic care (asthma, diabetes, hypertension), Dental Hygiene services, and Behavioral Health integration.
- Easy access to Subspecialty support through local children’s hospitals.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician.
