• FTE Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology clinical practice opportunity
• Join 7 Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiologists and 4 experienced Cardiac Surgeons
• Outreach clinic about one day per week
• Proficiency in cath‑lab procedures, including invasive hemodynamic assessments, myocardial biopsies, diagnostic coronary angiograms (optional), urgent temporary mechanical circulatory support devices (optional) and PA pressure sensor implants (optional)
• On‑call for AHFT team only
• Encourage participation in medical education of general cardiology & AHFT fellows, internal medicine residents, medical students, and regional cardiovascular conferences hosted by Advocate Health
• Participation in ongoing advanced HF, transplant, MCS & PAH research
• EPIC EMR
• Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with a physician‑led medical group and embedded service line
• Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI‑powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

• Salary Range: $559,301 plus up to $50K annual incentive bonus
• Sign‑on bonus

• B/E or B/C in cardiovascular disease
• B/E or B/C in advanced heart failure and transplant
• Successful completion of a fellowship program in advanced heart failure and transplant
