UWM Office of Student Scholarships Program Assistant
The Office of Student Scholarships is seeking an undergraduate student to join our extraordinary team to assist with administrative tasks related to student scholarships operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Review and enter sensitive data with care and precision.
- Manage office email communications with professionalism.
- Provide support for the Panther Scholarship Portal to students and campus partners.
- Contribute to meaningful projects that impact fellow students.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a keen eye for detail.
- Reliable and committed to making a difference.
- Strong academic performance.
- Year round role;
Program Assistants must be available to work on campus (including during the semester and during breaks). - OSS Office
Hours:
8:00am-4:30pm CST, a Program Assistant will be expected to work:- A minimum of 15 hours per week during fall and spring semesters.
- Option for 20+ hours per week during winter break and summer.
- Hybrid work option is available after initial training period and based on technology capabilities. Expectation of minimum one day on campus per week.
