• Get hands-on with projects in 45+ states, ranging from complex builds to fast-paced turnarounds
• Work in close two-person teams (Engineer + Detailer) to own projects from concept to completion

• Design and detail cold-formed steel and other structural systems
• Produce precise shop drawings using AutoCAD;
  Revit exposure a bonus
• Collaborate directly with project managers, engineers, and detailers
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings to produce buildable systems
• Grow your technical and project leadership skills with real impact on project outcomes
• 0–5 years of experience in structural engineering OR 3–10 years in structural or architectural drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or 3D modeling a bonus)
• Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering preferred (EIT is a plus)
• A mindset for collaboration, quality, and continuous learning
