What You’ll Do:
- Lead custom formulation and new product development projects involving complex modifications.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to translate customer requirements into actionable, testable specifications.
- Design and execute testing protocols, validate raw materials, and troubleshoot advanced technical issues.
- Support manufacturing, quality, and sales teams with technical insights and recommendations.
- Coach and mentor team members, promoting accuracy, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts within the R&D function.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field required;
Master’s degree preferred. - 5+ years of relevant experience in formulation chemistry or product development.
- Strong customer service and communication skills—able to effectively engage both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to independently manage complex projects from concept to execution.
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous learning.
