Aboutthe Role
This leadership position involves managing and executing structural engineering designs and permitting for a variety of commercial and industrial projects. You'll guide a talented team, foster innovation, and ensure high‑quality outcomes across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting professional development and technical excellence.
- Oversee structural design efforts, including concrete, steel, and retaining structure rehabilitation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and quality assurance protocols.
- Drive innovation by staying current with technological advancements and industry trends.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- 6+ years of experience in structural engineering, including concrete and steel design.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
- Proficiency in structural analysis tools and building code interpretation.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques and framing systems.
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and complex projects.
