Job Overview

At Molson Coors, we tackle big challenges and defy the status quo. We are seeking a Packaging Optimization Manager to own process standards, data analytics, and loss elimination within our Milwaukee Brewery, driving higher line efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of talented colleagues and support their growth through career discussions and consistent one‑on‑one conversations.
  • Own process standards and data management for the department – data analysis, document standards, health checks, training and coaching to build capability.
  • Identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities across the department and lines, leveraging IPS, UPS, and other DMSs to improve MTBS and reduce stoppages.
  • Develop capability by training and coaching others on FI, PLO, WPI, AM, and IM pillar tools, and own coaching for these areas during planned stops.
  • Demonstrate authentic leadership, respect differences, and embrace diversity and inclusion to build a winning team culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Science or Business and/or 5+ years experience in manufacturing, preferably a packaging department.
  • AM Level 4 Qualified (though Step
    3) & PLO Certified.
  • Experience with World Class Supply Chain standards, DMSs, tools and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of packaging operations, systems, and processes.
  • Talent and aptitude related to packaging line optimization and design parameters.
  • Strong analytical skills and well‑versed presentation and delivery skills.
  • Direct goal linkages to UPDT, MTBS, and PR improvement targets.
  • Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with an understanding of business priorities.
  • Build relationships and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Takes accountability for results with integrity and honoring commitments.
  • Demonstrates a thirst for learning and continuous growth.
  • Exhibits core values, cares about people, planet, and community, and supports business resource groups.
Pay and Benefits

Job posting total rewards offering: $94,600.00 – $ (posting salary range).

In addition, a target short‑term incentive of 15% and average benefits spend of $23,000 per employee (health, dental, vision, retirement with above‑market employer match, wellness incentives, EAP, paid time off including holidays, vacation days, and sick days).
