We are exclusively partnered with a privately owned, fast-growing industrial manufacturer supporting major OEM customers across construction, oil & gas, and heavy equipment. Due to continued growth, the company is adding a Senior Project Engineer to serve as the technical link between customers and global manufacturing partners.

This is not a desk-bound role and not a traditional project manager position
. The Senior Project Engineer functions as the technical “go-to,” owning projects end-to-end and driving execution across suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

• High autonomy & visibility – flat organizational structure with direct access to leadership and ownership

• True end-to-end ownership – PPAP, NPI, supplier coordination, and direct customer communication
• Broad technical exposure – machining, castings, forgings, and complex assemblies

• Strong technical foundation with the ability to interface confidently with customers and suppliers
• Experience working with externally manufactured components and assemblies
• Comfort owning projects from concept through production and launch

—without being boxed into a narrow or purely administrative project management role.
