Overview

MSA is excited to announce an opening for an entry level Engineering Technician (Plumbing) in our Buildings Service Line. This role can be based out of several of our WI offices. If you're ready to make your mark and work with a team that values your expertise, apply today!

Responsibilities
  • Modeling assignments:
    Draft engineering drawings using BIM, Civil3D, CAD, or manual skills, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Construction Services:
    Be on the front lines, providing vital processes and observations that keep projects on track and within spec.
  • Field Adventures:
    Engage in on-site observation and problem solving, to support our projects and clearly communicate updates to Project Manager and team.
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma, or an associate degree
  • Drafting experience using BIM (Revit) and/or CAD software.
  • Desire to building relationships with contractors in the field preferred
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure and plumbing design
  • Accurate and timely project completion, with the ability to reprioritize as needed
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future (no visa sponsorship provided for this role)
Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $49,579 to $79,326 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
