• Plan, coordinate, and manage electrical projects across commercial, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Review electrical designs, specifications, and documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Conduct site visits to oversee installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Manage procurement of electrical materials and equipment.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and performance benchmarks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management.
• Proven track record of managing complex electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes (NEC, IEC), and construction practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

• Experience in renewable energy, automation, or high-voltage systems.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and sustainable design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
