Our Client is a global leader in industrial automation and digital transformation, helping manufacturers improve productivity, efficiency, and performance across industries. They are looking for a Project Manager to lead new product development initiatives within their Sensing, Safety, and Industrial Components business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in engineering-driven environments, enjoys working across disciplines, and knows how to guide complex product development projects from concept through launch using Agile practices.

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product development projects, including new product introductions, brand label, and co-developed products
• Manage cross-functional teams spanning engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and product marketing
• Drive Agile project execution and support team ceremonies and delivery cadence
• Own project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource coordination
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while keeping stakeholders informed
• Partner closely with engineering teams across software, firmware, mechanical, electrical, and hardware disciplines
• Provide clear, consistent project updates to business and senior leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Authorization to work in the US (sponsorship not available)
• Experience managing projects in an engineering-focused product development environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration

• 5+ years of project management experience in new product development
• Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
• PMP, Project Management certification, and/or Agile or Scrum certification
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet
• Familiarity with stage-gate product development processes
• Proven experience working with mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineering teams
