As a Sr. Process Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes and supporting new product development. Your responsibilities will include:

• Hold operators, maintenance, contractors, or other personnel to safety standards.
• Develop and conduct employee training sessions as needed for new equipment and processes.
• Develop and implement production methods and controls to meet quality standards in a cost‑efficient manner.
• Recommend improved processes, procedures, equipment, and materials to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Assist R&D in developing and scaling up new products.
• Investigate and provide remedies for manufacturing process problems.
• Establish working relationships with outside personnel to meet project objectives as required.
• Apply knowledge of current products, processes, equipment, and procedures to design and equipment analysis.
• Maintain detailed records and orderly files on all assigned projects.
• Evaluate equipment problems and design requirements of new or modified equipment.
• Investigate and resolve work‑in‑process problems.
• Review proposals of outside vendors regarding purchase or modernization of production equipment.
• Develop, implement, and communicate work instructions, procedures, and documentation to support responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Address compliance with DHS Chemical Facility Anti‑Terrorism Standards (CFATS) and related worker screening requirements as applied at the Midland, NC facility.

• Minimum B.S. in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical) with documented engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated practical problem‑solving abilities.

• Maintains sufficient knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
