- Serve as the lead Project Manager on water and wastewater projects.
- Provide technical guidance, senior leadership, and mentoring to engineering staff to enhance design capabilities.
- Develop and manage scope, schedule, and budget; monitor adherence and control project performance.
- Complete Quality Assurance/Quality Control of key deliverables and assist on projects managed by others in the office.
- Assist Client Service Leaders with technical marketing for clients throughout the U.S.
- Participate in professional societies relevant to the industry.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with key decision makers in client organizations.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent directly related experience.
- 10 years of related experience.
- PMP (PMI), CCM, or DBIA certification required (within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list).
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required; the frequency will vary based on workload and project demands.
- Professional engineering (PE) license, strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering or related field.
- Previous experience managing industrial water/water reuse/wastewater projects and multi-discipline teams.
- Excellent communication, networking, and team building skills.
- Previous direct client experience and business development experience, including proposal preparation, scope of work, and cost estimates for industrial clients.
- Master’s degree.

Pay RangePay Range Minimum: $119,829
Pay Range Maximum: $209,726
