CSEngineering is looking to add a Construction Administrator to our growing team! This full-time role will support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) at one of its major medical facilities, providing QA/QC inspection support, monitoring contractor performance, reviewing construction documents, identifying deficiencies, and assisting with cost, schedule, and change management throughout the construction project.

• The Construction Administrator (CM-CA) will support the COR by monitoring construction activities, conducting daily inspections, reviewing contractor performance, identifying incongruities, and ensuring work conforms to the construction documents.
• Responsibilities include reviewing submittals and RFIs, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, assisting with pay application reviews, monitoring progress schedules, documenting deficiencies, and supporting quality assurance, safety, time, cost, change, and information management processes.
• The CM-CA provides professional-grade reports, tracks defect lists, coordinates with the GC and AE, and supports issue resolution and project documentation throughout all phases.

• Associate degree; if no degree, a minimum of three (3) years of construction experience is required.
• Experience in healthcare facilities is critical.
• Experience preparing, analyzing, and identifying contractor work deficiencies.
• Familiarity with general contractor and subcontractor operations.
• Must be able to use OpCenter and produce meeting minutes, daily logs, and QA reports.
• Must present three (3) similar-scale projects as part of credentials.
• Strong communication and software skills.
• Must be a United States Citizen.
