Responsibilities
  • Travel:
    This position requires travel within the specific region. When not traveling, you will be working at the Milwaukee Service Center.
  • Mechanical Duties:
    Perform a variety of mechanical tasks on various aircraft models, including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems to prepare for flight and delivery.
  • Engine and Airframe Maintenance:
    Perform troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of turbine engines, including engine run‑ups. Carry out airframe system and component changes, systems checkout, and install service bulletins and kits on both airframes and engines.
  • Use of Tools and Equipment:
    Utilize equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and various hand tools to repair or modify systems or assemblies.
Requirements
  • High school education or GED required.
  • A&P License required.
  • Knowledge of inspection procedures set forth in FAR Part 145 required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with varied jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft flight maintenance.
  • Experience on Cessna, Beechcraft, or Hawker aircraft preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge through the local airport authority, if applicable.
