Structural Engineer – Precast Team

Shape the future of structural design with us! Join our dynamic, full-service architectural and engineering firm as a Structural Engineer specializing in precast concrete systems. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering innovative solutions for commercial and industrial projects—including educational facilities, parking structures, and stadiums.

• Develop precast erection drawings based on architectural and construction documents.
• Calculate design loads and perform detailed structural analysis.
• Apply engineering principles and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality designs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong foundation in structural engineering and design principles.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software (RAM experience preferred).
• Skilled in CAD software; experience with Revit is a plus.
• Knowledge of precast and concrete structures.

  Job Type & Location

  This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI. The role is fully onsite.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
