Base pay range: $75,300.00/yr – $/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

LocationBased in the Midwest (Kansas City, MO; Saint Louis, MO; Minneapolis, MN; Chicago, IL; Milwaukee, WI; Cincinnati, OH).
Responsibilities- Lead and manage field projects.
- Collaborate and coordinate work with subcontractors, internal support staff, and subject matter experts.
- Provide technical excellence: analyze data, prepare technical reports, and design and implement pilot studies and remedial systems.
- Mentor and grow team members; provide motivation and direction, and benefit from mentorship opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, or a closely related field.
- 5‑10 years of professional experience delivering environmental site characterization and remediation projects, including fieldwork methodology, data assessment, and evaluation for various environmental media.
- Experience working on project sites and overseeing subcontractors.
- Experience leading teams toward a common goal.
- 40‑hr HAZWOPER certification or ability to attain this certification.
- Master’s degree in engineering, geology, or a closely related field.
- Professional registration (e.g., Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist) or intent to obtain and maintain professional certification.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with coworkers, contractors, and clients.
- Strong attention to detail when conducting field work and evaluating data.
- Familiarity with United States Environmental Protection Agency regulations, including CERCLA and RCRA.
