STRATTEC SECURITY CORPORATION is seeking a Die Cast Engineer to drive process standardization, cost improvement, and asset reliability across our automotive manufacturing operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop tooling strategies, and implement lean practices to deliver world-class die cast products.
The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering and at least 5 years in die casting tooling/processing, with CREO/PRO-E familiarity and strong data-driven decision abilities.
