Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $31.00/hr

Position Overview

The Parts Coordinator plays a vital role in processing customer orders, preparing accurate quotes, and coordinating shipments. This role requires strong product knowledge, the ability to interpret technical materials, and expertise in managing warranty claims and returns. Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer sales orders, including expediting and follow-up.
  • Prepare and provide customer quotes, pricing, and lead times in accordance with company policies.
  • Release and ship orders as required.
  • Read and interpret parts manuals and drawings.
  • Process customer credits as needed.
  • Source required parts to meet customer needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage manufacturers’ warranty claims and returns, ensuring timely submissions and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional, solution-oriented communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 3–5 years of parts counter experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CDK a plus.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
